Payment is due before the start of the first class. Should you fail to have paid in advance or bring payment to the first class, you will not be able to attend the class.
When you have paid the course fee you are accepting the times and dates of the course schedule. You will have been given the dates and times beforehand. Should you not be able to attend all the classes or should you chose to leave the course, there will be no refunds. In the unlikely event that the times or dates that have been advertised on the course schedule need to be changed, due to unforeseen circumstances (for example; weather), there will be new dates or times suggested to all the attendants of the course. To avoid being locked in a stale mate, the suggested times and dates that gets a majority vote by the attendants in the course, will be chosen. Should this mean that 1 or 2 attendants can’t continue the course, they will be offered a private training session or in some cases a refund of the sessions that they can’t attend.
Should you miss a couple of classes during a course, there will be ample oportunity for you to catch up on the exercises in the following sessions, or specially organised lessons. Under special circumstances you might be offered a private training to be able to catch up with the rest of the group. Talk to your dog trainer to find out if you are legible to a private training.
Please notify us if you will not be able to make a class, so that the rest of the group are not left waiting for you, wasting precious time.
You are expected to behave respectfully and courteously to the other human and the canine attendees in class, the dog instructor/s, assistant dog trainers and Vet nurses. In the unlikely event that you are asked to leave the class/course, due to your behaviour, there will be no refunds.
Should someone or something in class upset you, should you worry about the behaviour of a dog in class or it’s owner, please turn to your dog trainer for advice.
