Correct your dates

Within a week of having received the invoice, you need to come back to us with any corrections and alterations you might need to make to the dates and times. Fail to do so and we can't guarantee a change of dates or a refund.

Payment

For discounted fees for your dogs boarding or day care you need to pay in advance. See the Day Care or Boarding pages for more detailed information.

Refunds

There are no refunds unless we have to cancel your dogs stay with us. A cancellation would only occur due to unforeseen circumstances (for example contagious viruses, illness, death, etc.). We will do our best to help you find a suitable alternative.

Delivery and pick up times

Delivery/pick up for day care dogs is strictly between 6am and 7pm or you will incur extra charges (it will then be treated as a boarding and will be charged at boarding prices).

Your dogs behaviour

You must disclose all previous incidents that has been caused by your dog (chewing on furniture, soiling indoors, snapping/growling/biting people or other animals, running off and being away for hours, etc).

Your dogs history

You must also disclose anything that has been done to him/her (car accident, dog fights, etc).

Your dogs physical health

You must disclose any health issues that your dog has. When there is a risk of infections illness, always go to the vet for a diagnosis before bringing your dog to day care/boarding. If your pet has been diagnosed with an infections illness, please keep your dog at home.

There will be treats given to your dog during our walks, so please let us know if your dog has any allergies or a sensitive stomach.

Damages

By placing your dog in our day care or boarding, you take full responsibility should your dog harm any individual (dog, human or other animal) or item. It is advisable to keep your dog fully insured.

Bitches in season

If you have a bitch and she comes into season around the time she will board with us, you must notify us as soon as you realise.

What to bring with your dog

Any food you want your dog to eat during his stay here will be supplied by you. If your dog is boarding with us, please bring an item of clothing or a towel that smells of his home. There is no need to bring bedding or toys, as we have plenty of both.
